By booking an appointment with Luna York, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. All payments are subject to the terms outlined above. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable. The clinic reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
At Luna, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we operate the following booking and cancellation policy:
Payment
Full payment (100% of the treatment cost) is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment time will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, late arrivals that result in loss of appointment time, or no-show appointments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Any further changes may be treated as a cancellation.
